WHAT DO WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH?

Wildwood exists to glorify God by Shining as Light in our homes, our community, and the world. In past years, Wildwood has spent time and energy developing our outreach around the world, seeing Christ's light shine brightly inot Latvia, Mexico, and North Africa. As we move into our next season as a church, Wildwood desires to enhance our outreach to our community!

Recognizing the number of young families, children, and youth in Norman, we believe that a focused outreach among children could be used by God to reach hundreds, even thousands more for Chirst in the years ahead.

We desire to see children come to know Christa as Savior and to establish a solid foundation for a lifetime of knowing and serving God! We can see a day where the divorce rate in Norman decreases, parents love for their children increases and more children are leading their friends to faith in Jesus. This will not happen because of a building alone, but because Jesus Christ is at work through His church. We want to step out in faith believing that every room in our new children's building will one day be filled on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights with children Jesus has brought to Himself through the ministry of Wildwood.

The ripples of this influence we believe have the potential to be felt throughout families all over our community as mom and dad come to Christ and begin to grow in their marriage and in grace.
